Waterproof footwear.If you are going trekking or just for a walk, it is advisable to wear waterproof footwear, such as moccasins or trekking shoes. As we said, the weather is very changeable and it is also important to be able to deal with mud or wet ground in case of rain.

Several pairs of socks, hat and scarf. In case your socks get wet during any of your activities, you'll remember this tip very well - there's nothing like dry feet! A hat and scarf are always necessary to protect your face from the cold, especially in winter. 

Snow clothing. In case your trip is in winter and you don't have snow gear, there are many places where you can rent it.
Backpack, if possible waterproof. It is important to have a backpack to store the clothes you need to take out, and always carry water to keep you hydrated!
